When will my order ship?

We do our very best to get orders out to you ASAP. Your order will typically ship within 1-2 business days of when you place it. You'll get an email with a tracking number when your parcel is heading out from our office to your door! Woohoo!

What's your return policy?

We really want you to love what you get from us! We accept returns on unopened merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund. A $5 return shipping label fee will apply.

The Monthly Parcel subscription boxes are already significantly discounted and are therefore final sale. 

Can I create custom gift boxes?

We absolutely love putting together gifts! It's literally what we live for. Have a theme you want to achieve? Need a bunch of boxes for an event? Email us and we'll work with you to assemble the best options for your concept and budget.

 When will my subscription box ship?

We ship each month's box within a few days of the 1st of the month each month. If you sign up for your first box between the 1st and 15th of the month, you'll receive that month's box still. (ex. Sign up May 4, and you'll receive the May box.) After the 15th of the month, your first box will come at the beginning of the next month. (ex. Sign up May 17th, and you'll receive the June box as your first.)

What comes inside the subscription box?

Each month you'll receive a curated set of stationery items and lifestyle goodies themed for that specific month or time of year. Each box will include four items from our favorite stationery brands valued at at least $20 total. Shipping (within the U.S.) is always free!
